I know..... I know.....

I'm a schmuck.

After being publicly called out on this site, and telling several people that I would be out for Saturday nights indoor racing festivities, once again I let people down. Not too mention the fact that I have been SEVERELY negligent in keeping up the website lately. I haven't even taken a SINGLE picture in like forever, and worse yet, haven't volunteered a SINGLE moment of my time to help with the races. I'm surprised I haven't been "fired" and replaced.

But, I have really great news! :P 8)

I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance!

No, seriously, I do actually have good news. And a sincere apology to Jason Melton below.

As some may know, I've been having issues with my wife's car for the last several months, plus the fact that we recently purchased some ATV's with trailer that we have been unable to tow for lack of a proper vehicle. So, I set out at 10am this morning to test drive several vehicles; a Chevy Trailblazer, a Nissan Xterra and a Ford Explorer. Everything went great with the test drives, and we pretty much narrowed our choice down to the Trailblazer. We did exactly what we planned to do: test drive, get pricing, and walk out before getting the "sales" pitch. (By the way, we were at CarMax in Sandy). We're now armed with pricing and vehicle info, but my wife wants to drive by Riverton Chevy, just to get some pricing comparison's. Well, long story short, finally @ 5:00pm, we walked out with this:

So, I'm apologizing to Melton, for owning pretty much EXACTLY the same vehicle he already owns (less the EXT). :) By the way, remember those wheels and tires I had saved that were SUPPOSED to go on YOUR vehicle?

Anyway, now that this issue has been resolved, I can get back to my regularly scheduled life. Back to the site, and back to racing. AND with a better vehicle to get to and from the indoor facility I might add :) LOL

Nice wheels J!

It'll be great to have you back. Thanks for posting that awesome 1st place county fair pic! I'm a model! (Only in certain light, and when wearing something over my face!)

Is that dust on your bikes hanging on the wall?
