Deseret Peak BMX Season Plaques are here!

Postby J Gallo » Thu Apr 07, 2005 7:55 am

Message from Darrin and Diana @ Deseret Peak BMX in Tooele:

A few months ago, we looked into making available plaques with 18 places on them for place plates. Well they are finally here!

The plaques are available for purchase for $12 each, then each week that you race you will receive a place plate to add to your plaque with each $5.00 race! So at the end of the year you will have years worth of awards all on one 8x10 plaque from Deseret Peak BMX!

(a picture of the plaque will be on our webpage in the next day or so if you want to see what it is like. I have ordered 20 of them and they will be up for sale beginning April 16th or as soon as they arrive)

Don't worry if you don't qualify or place in the top 3, we will still give you a plate for your plaque, they only difference is that it will say "Participant 2005".

Also new this year, we would really like to give something to everyone who races at DPBMX so everyone who races will walk away with a "Certificate of Participation"!

Thanks for all your support and we will see you on Saturday April 16th!

now THAT is a great idea!!

Put me and Spencer down for 1 each. I am also going to be buying a punch pass for both of us. I plan on racing allot at DP this year, that is if I can actuall ride a bike sometime in my future.

oh, I guess I haven't filled anybody in on my 'condition' lately. Maybe later, but just sufice it to say I have a VERY difficult time sitting down on a bike seat.

Anywhoooo, it should be a great season at DP!
