C.O.G. Sunday Skatepark Sermon

Calling all C.O.G.'s to hit up the Cottonwood (Guthrie) Skatepark on Sunday morning for their weekly dose of spiritual enlightenment.

Sunday's Lesson:
"If dont work on your flow you will go slow!"

Oh, how I wish I could have attended todays services! I am in need of enlightenment!
Unfortunately, I am also in need of healing before attempting any more "flow" on my 2 wheeled cycle of goodness.
Last Sunday's attempt to reach the next level of speed while cornering showed me that I still have much to learn in the ways of BMX! The bruises will heal and the muscles will return to their formre state of elasticity eventually, but until then I must be patient and refrain from forcing the the issue. I am not known for my patience...

Dang! I just read this! Wish I could have made it too! But I spent a great amount of time at the Draper skatepark today with the two munchkins. I must venture out to the cottonwood skatepark, the lttle ones are always up for a diff park!
