Bruce,

Looking good! I'm guessing you got the card installed OK :)

That intro clip we worked on looked good, and the video came out really clear! It's a tiny bit on the large size (6mb for a 30 sec clip), but we can work on that in other ways for final production onto the site.

Where was the slo-mo of the crash? HAHA :)

Huh.... interesting.

No comments. I thought video coverage would have been one of those cool things everyone wanted. I've been spending a ton of time looking into video integration.

I put up a new poll on the front page in case the lack of comments is due to people just not wanting to respond here in the forums. Please let me know what direction you'd like me to take the site, after all, everything I do, I do it for you!!

I think the lack of responses is probably more due to things being a bit slow here than anything else. I am sure the Utah BMX community would like to see videos. I know I would (so I voted YES)

I think when it comes to videos the old 'build it and they will come' phrase is in effect. Speaking for myself, I would have commented earlier, but I was waiting for more info on what it is you guys are trying to do.

I too am in favor of multi-media, the more videos and pictures the better! :D

Thanks for the video I really enjoyed it. However, when the riders were jumping closely together I will admit I did get a little motion sickness from the quick ninja camera moves.

quick ninja camera moves

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean :) As we move forward, camera shooting positions and movements will be addressed, along with equipment such as tripod's, etc.

Thanks for the feedback!

You're more than welcome.

By the way, what kind of video editing software are you using?

Right now, I'm just using Windows Movie Maker. I also have access to iMovie on a MAC, so I might try that too at some point. I do have the Ulead VideoStudio software, but haven't even installed it yet.

I used to use Roxio Videowave, but I've been more impressed with the Movie Maker features, despite it being an "evil empire" Microsoft product.

Do you have any suggestions for software?

I don't have any suggestions, just props! ;)

I was only curious because I too may begin to edit some misc vids of the fam, racing, etc etc.

Thanks for the info.
