As noted in other threads, I've been working on some new stuff for the site. Well, I've got one feature uploaded that I'd like to get some feedback on.
It's a "portal" for the forums. One of the things I haven't totally liked (but did for a variety of reasons) is when you click on forums, it opens up a whole new window. This new forums portal will work within the site structure to minimize open windows. Also, it provides a couple cool data points like top poster and random user info. There are still a couple issues I need to work out but I'd like to see if it will be useful and if people like it, before I spend a ton of time on it.
You can access the portal here:
UtahBMX.com Forums Portal
Thanks for your support, and feel free to forward any comments or suggestions you may have.

JG- Awesome layout. It's much more comprehensive than the last one.
I think anything that would direct people to the Discussion boards with a click on a huge Icon, rather than a little word link across the top of the page of many choices is on the right track.
(kids, this is an example of a run-on sentence. They are encouraged in college, but not in Jr. H or HS! )
Thanks again for all you do! If all we (they) had to do is give you a bike to get you pumpin' out great web work, we would have done it years ago!
It's always been great JG!
See you Saturday?

Trav,
Yes, Definitely!! My site structure is currently set to 800px wide, but I know this needs to change. Currently over 70% of the people that visit the site have a 1024x768 resolution, so all the pages will get a wider overhaul.
This is just one of those issues that I need to resolve.

I am the sicko that is running 1920x1200 on my laptop. Now that I am nearing the big 4-0 though I have noticed that my eyes are starting to rebel. Still, I agree that allowing 100% will be great. After that the portal will be a good thing.
You have come a long way Mr. UtahBMX. Good job!
