Super expensive & it only lasts one season, then you have to re-apply it.
Track appearance.
I honestly don't have a problem with it. Step back & take a look where the track is sitting.....in the middle of a used up gravel pit, next door to a brick plant that looks like crap. The road leading into the complex is horrible. In my eyes it really doesn't matter because the BMX track itself is the highlight of the complex. Who cares if there are a few weeds that need to be pulled when you have rusted out POS trucks & gravel equipment 100 yards away.
Until the County starts up with cleaning up the rest of the complex & putting in other facilities like they have been saying forever, the BMX crowd shouldn't blink an eyelash over it. BTW, the County is not going to take the MTB track away because "it looks bad". If it doesn't start being used then they will consider it for other things but they have been saying that since 99'

Save the money for volunteers a the end of the year & a rainy day. When the ram all of a sudden breaks & RC needs a new one, you don't want to be pointing to the new trees & flowers just planted & say "Well, we don't have a new ram but we have some swweeeet looking shrubs!"

Pave the turns.
