JG Will do! Thanks:)

JM- Chairs are not a bad idea. They do have some bleachers but not a ton and if you have an easy up, there are a million great places to set those up. If you dont have room though, no big deal.

You will love the track. It is somewhat long but the McClain's have done a great job on the whole place.

Anyone else going? The do have NBL conversion memberships if you are not a member and would like to give it a try. :D

If you were interested in riding NBL how much does the membership cost? Is it anything like the aba races?

They will give you an NBL conversion membership / in other words an NBL membership for free that will expire when your ABA one expires and then following that, you would need to purchase one for 45 a year just like ABA.

NBL is pretty much the same as ABA with slight differences such as tracks seem to be a little more technical with better jumps etc, the gate sounds are slightly different but lights are the same ....if you go on Red in aba you still go on Red in NBL and people adjust easily.

The qualifying system is slightly different . You don't qualify and sit out the rest of the motos until the mains. Instead you race all three qualifiers and then total the points to see who qualifies just like the Pros do. It keeps the racing interesting.

NBL has a more family oriented feel. There is less hype than in Aba and it will feel more like a redlinecup qualifier from the old days when all the Idaho and Utah people traveled more. It will not be that big. I would expect somewhere near 100 motos.

We love NBL. The staff are awsome and are always there to help. The sanction officials are very approachable and involved .

Another side benefit..... scholarship programs so far have paid 11,000 dollars of Arielle's education.

Alex- the only NBL track in Utah right now is in Hurricane.

Anyone want to jump in and split gas you have 2 hours to pack your bags!!! HAHAHAHA

I'm guessing ABA but what is more popular? ABA or NBL? to me its ABA because there seems to be more ABA tracks than NBL...

Hey Alex,

That all depends on where you live. In the west ABA is bigger but in the east NBL is. I don't think people really care what sanction, they just want to ride and they ride whatever sanction is closest to them. :D
