one day passes

Postby greg » Fri Apr 15, 2005 12:19 am

does anybody know if any of our local tracks have the ABA one day passes? It sure does seem like this would be a great tool to recruit more riders, but I haven't heard anything localy.

I've had a couple of kids ask about racing, and want to try it out, and have heard about the race for life, so they want to wait for that. But if they could just use the one day pass anytime, it would probably get them out there earlier in the year and maybe get them signed up sooner. I think they can even be used for practice days, which is allot less intimidating to new riders to be able to ride the track in a more relaxed, non-race kind of environment.

One Day Passes

Hi Greg,
We have the one day passes, actually all tracks should have them by now, I took all my stuff to the track last night so I don't have the complete details, but I am sure they are going to be a huge hit and help in bringing in new sign-up's

greg, we at rad canyon have been using this form since the first of the year. it designed the you are able to come out and race 1 time without being a member just fill out the form and pay what ever the race fees are. then if the rider would like to become a full member then all he or she has to do is fill out the the regular membership form and they are ready to go. also just like all the years past rad canyon has let riders come out on practice night and practice for free 1 time, but a parent must come out and fill out the paper work in order to do so. We have alot of tools to get new riders all we have todo is keep those riders involved.
