If you know mt. biking, you most likely have heard of Cedric Gracia. One of the all-time greats.
He was in a crash, that didn't look like much at first that turned into something that could of cost him his life within a few minutes.
Quick acting, cool heads prevailed here. It blows me away how fast you can die on seemingly non-dangerous stuff.

The edit here is defiantly Euro but get past the Fall Guy stuff & pay close attention to what's going down right before your eyes. I can guarantee my Camelback & my wifes is getting a full makeover with 1st aid supplies this Spring. Maybe even a 1st aid refresher course too.

Thanks for sharing this B. Scary to watch when I think about riding alone (Moto or MTB). I can't believe that he busted his hip up again. Maybe some of the hardware in his hip caused the puncture. Hope Cedric heals up soon!
