Postby bnd » Mon Jul 30, 2012 5:25 pm

I was told today that Tooeles 1st & 2nd corners were given alot of love & the 3rd straight got alot of attention, as in changes, over the weekend. Pics to come.

Roland was going to send me pics but I guess he forgot. I'll hit him up tomorrow.
I worked in Wendover today & on the way back I almost peeled off to look a the track but didn't. I guess I should of.

According to Roland today, the 3rd straight got plowed & totally rebuilt with smaller jumps, all jumpable. He's been putting in marathon hrs out there he told me. He apoligized about not getting pics out yet too.

I was there today. The track needs some love. Lots of rake time, and someone needs to turn on the water. We rode the first and last straights only because the big changes are only half done. Good news though, the 'peak' is now a more manageable obstacle, the 2nd turn will have more carve, the 3rd straight will be more technical with some flow, and the step up dropping into the 3rd corner should create some decent speed. Once this setup gets dialed in, I'm sure it's gonna be fast and fun. Good job Roland and crew!! Now if we could only get a few more volunteers out there with rakes in their hands....
