I'm not going to make it out today guys, car troubles I need to take care of. That means there's an open spot for 7th place that someone can take now

Best of luck to the novi class. I'd much rather be out there racing than working on my car.

I went last night, got my butt kicked.

We had 7 riders, 6 going to the main.... guess who was the odd man out. We had 2 female riders in the group. They made minced meat out of me. One highlight was that I'm doing loads better on balancing in the gate. I raised my seat a bit, and lost 14 lbs. Don't know which part of that helped.. either way, it was nice to not be falling over the entire time!

Todd

Good luck with the car, Steve. Anything you need a hand with? I'm far away from you, but I can offer moral support if needed.

An advanced apology:

Going clipless for the first time tonight. Sorry to anyone I may take out as I inevitable fall at the gate.

Cograts Logan, that's great news. Now you'll be beating me by entire straights.

Don't know the guys' name. A dark horse who came in and cleaned house. Jason H took 2nd, Omar took 3rd. I had a spectacular crash in the main when I tried to bury my head in the first set of rollers. Good times!

At what point/skill level is it a good idea to switch to clipless? I'm asking on behalf of myself. Balancing at the gate with ease is a must... but what else?
