Even when it rains just a little bit out there the track can't handle it. I would imagine it will take most of next week to be ridable after this weekends storms. Ive seen Darrins bobcat sink & get stuck on a sunny day after a rainstorm.
Keep up the good work Darrin.

I was so bummed to see that the race was cancelled. I was really looking forward to getting some track time on the new layout. I have heard nothing but rave reviews Darin. I guess I'll have to try and sneak out there between now and the next race.

I've got a feeling that the next race will have a huge turn-out. Whats the record rider count and # of motos out there? Having the relay race will be a lot of fun. I also think there could be something fun to involve all teams so we try to get everyone out. Is there any SIMPLE ideas to get some incentive for more teams to get involved?

Re: Canceled, Deseret Peaks Race Tonite
Last year they had 42 motos on a single point Saturday night w/ (I can't remember) something like 130+ riders? Hopefully, once the weather turns, this summer averages 35+ motos every Saturday night.
If the relay race goes off like it looks like it will maybe we will do that every race & mix it up some. I want to see how this pans out then we can go from there. June 12th is the next race.
Would anybody be interested in a gate practice session before then? If so, I'll ask Darrin if it's doable.

I would love to get some gate practice and ride the new & improved track!!
Everybody keeps tellin' me how great it is and I need all the gate practice I can get!
Let me know when & what I can do to help.
