Ogden BMX track
We would like to give a shout out to the BMX community and anyone else who would like to get involved. There has been a rumor about a track being opened here in the Ogden area, and we would like to say it is no longer a rumor. There are many different phases to this process. We are in the beginning phase. We are in the process of getting a board together, getting volunteers, contacts, and any information that would help us succeed. This is a great opportunity for the people of Northern Utah and the BMX community. We will be hosting a meeting March 23, 2010 @ 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at Klikphoto the business of Kevin Dilley, 801-698-1490 2447 Kiesel Ave in Ogden. Please come out and give your support. Again we need people who would like to be on the board, volunteers to help at the track , and in many different areas. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Kevin on this matter. If you could drop us an email letting us know that you can make it that would be great. Again there is a lot going on to get this going and we need all the support we can get. Please bring your ideas, suggestions more than anything your support. We have a meeting with Ogden City in place on Thursday March 18th. ABA will be involved, hopefully we will have Rad Canyons support. We have a lot we can learn from them. They have an awesome track and run a great program. Light refreshments will be served. We hope to see you there. Kevin has had some troubles with his email so if you could just email our home address.

I'm in DilleyBoy, that is too cool. See you at the meeting.
Re: Ogden BMX track
This is great news Kevin. I don't think I'll be able to make it to the meeting, but we will all benefit from another quality track near home. Keep us all posted on the progress.

We are all working for that b. I think we will be up and running. Sounds like we are shooting for Saturday mornings since we don't have lights. Maybe we can work a few weekends with Rad and race Ogden in the morning and Rad in the afternoon/evening on Saturdays when Tooele is not running....good things in the works up North. Buckle-up and hold on tight cause this train is moving full speed ahead. (FSA...hahaha)
