Congrats to 2 old dudes...
Congrats to 2 old dudes...
Chris Clift turned Intermediate over the weekend with 2 wins at the GSL Nat's and Dave Cote got his 8th win last night so he also moves on... If Anthony and I can keep it rubber side down, maybe one day we'll be racing you again!
Way to go guys!
Can we still be friends?

Congrats to both!
Clift & I go back to racing against each other as teens around 1983. He was a pretty darn fast inter/expert, and believe it or not he had some really long rocker hair to boot!

I wonder what it takes to get his smart ass to post on here!
Re: Congrats to 2 old dudes...
He told me he was born bald and had never raced before...
Now I have to figure out how to go even faster!

Practice falling...
Re: Congrats to 2 old dudes...
Hey Dave, I'd be more than happy to let you try my shoes and pedals Tuesday at practice if you don't have them already. I have tried both shimano and time, and I prefer the time. See ya Tuesday.

Dave, clips cant save you now!!!!!!
Re: Congrats to 2 old dudes...
All I can say is how excited I am to have several more "Mature" riders coming into the class. Perhaps we will not get grouped in with the young guns that like to take each other out in the first turn. I prefer to stay upright.
Dave and Chris have done an awesome job and should be proud about their advancement, now we just have to figure out how to match Chris's gate and stay out in front of super smooth Dave
