What a HOT weekend! Quite the experience for everyone, I think; especially with the whole bike lock-up, confused and fearful (of BMXers) security officials, and the parking/bike drop off/etc issues... Other than that, the clean arena, hotel, and bathrooms were VERY nice!
I'll get my race report written within the week...
On a personal note, I took a pretty hard spill in my cruiser semi on Sat. It was a LONG fall and I landed on my left side. When I sat up, my whole left side was numb and buzzing from slapping the ground so hard. It took a few minutes for it to go away so I could extend my arm/leg... fortunately I was able to ride the in the next semi and the next day. My left wrist is bruised and hurts to touch and my left shoulder is a little funky to rotate. I'm just glad I could/can ride!
