Where's The Trails?

Postby FLYNHIGH » Tue Jun 07, 2005 11:11 am

I've been wanting to do some trail riding lately. I'm figuring most people don't know where they are... let's use this thread as a listing for trails locations! :D

If you know of any trails, please post their location on this thread!

Hey Trav!!! Good to hear from ya!

Here's the link for a previous thread about trails:

Previous Trails Thread

And here's a couple....

A map to Tanner Park I received from Richard Howell: Tanner Park Map

And here's directions to the I street trails from Dave Williams:

One of my favorite spots is near the top of "I" Street in the avenues. Go clear up by the top. There is a red brick church on your left and then a little dead end dirt road right after it. Go through the gate and around the water tower to the left kind of down into a gully. There are a several sets of dirt jumps, some big for mtb bikes, some spaced for bmx style. It has a couple of drops into a ravine, a ladder drop, and follow one of the trails toward the city and there are some little berms and three or four sets of doubles. You can ride down the ravine like a halfpipe run. There's a variety of stuff for pretty much everyone.

Hope this helps!!
