I seperated my shoulder in Tooele on Sat the 28th of May 2005. It is very sore! I am still trying to figure a way to ride but not yet.

It is healing! Woo hoo was able to do push ups at the gym today! Just a few but its something

evs makes a brace that will hold your shoulder in place. I have to use one everyday due to the crap i did on the mtn bike. Call me 942-2362 and i will make the call and we can get it dirrect. IT WILL MAKE IT SO YOU CAN RACE TODAY.
