Yeah, don't act like you don't know how to still bang your head , BMXers were out in force at the Anthrax, Megadeth, Slayer concert Tuesday night at the E-Center. My wifes Facebook page exposes all concert goers.
A full review comes tomorrow with hopefully pics & vid.
This was the 2nd half of the 1st time I saw this tour, yeah, 1991 the 1st time around for me.
Can I have a double slayer please?

I am hurting today!! But overall an amazing show. I think I was most impressed with Megadeth's full Rust in Peace set. Pit was very friendly as most Slayer pits are. Belladonnas Indian headress I thought was cool when they played Indians.

So I went with my wife, brother & 2 of my best buds. I saw alot of other friends there too. By the time the lights came down we were absolutly primed & ready to go. Anthrax tore into "Among the Living" then Caught in a Mosh, I am the Law, A.I.R., Anit-Social, Metal Thrashing Mad & Indians. Belladonna still has one of the best voices in metal & they were playing as tight as ever. Scott Ian stopped in the middle of one of the songs right before a huge riff & announced the mosh pit needed some more cowbell...........it was like a Cat 5 tornado erupted on the floor, it was freaking awesome. GA on the floor had no chairs so it was great to see the pits open up & people having fun at a true metal show. They announced that they were cutting a new album in 2011, hell yeah!! Anthrax plain ol' tore the roof off of the joint, too bad they were limited to a few songs.

Jim from "That Metal Show" on VH-1 MC'ed the event, he was pretty funny.

Megadeth came on & it was the same o' stuff. They sounded great but their stage show isn't that special. The crowd really came alive when they sang Symphony of Distruction & Peace Sells. Megadeth fans loved their set, I thought it was alright, same as the other 2 times Iv'e seen them.

It seemed like a few thousand people left after that set & when Slayer came on it was loud & .......louder. For probebly pushing 50 yrs old & older, all these guys still thrash like no tomorrow. We stuck around for 2 songs & then left. We arn't really Slayer fans so we could live without it.

I don't get to get out to events like this hardly anymore so this was like I said, the highlight of the year for us. Goodtimes all the way around & it took us all back to our younger days in the 80's & 90's when concerts were a big part of our lives. I've lost most of my voice, sore as heck from headbanging & air guitar & those $8 beers reminded me that I might of had 1 too many this morning, but it hurts so good.
