I posted about this on Vintage, 400+ looks in a few hours but the list is still the same.
I voted Travis ROTY & Air for Pro of the Year.
I guess almost winning a UCI SX event (2 weeks ago) still doesn't give you enough pub on the net'. Now I think I see where T.P. was coming from all these years!
E-mail the ABA sports fans & demand our Utah Pros get added to the list.

thats the way they operate. they want you all to believe that your important but when it comes down to it they crap on you. misses air, superman and todd all have beyond a doubt proven their capabilities but in the end do they get recognized for it. utah has an excellent program for racing. indoor and out the followers of bmx racing in utah are passionate for the sport but never recieve the respect(factory sponsorship) they deserve. if you remeber that was what we were about with the dope crew taking on the world to show that travis kp joey and danita did matter. i hope one day they will understand that a riders ability should not represent the riders target market and realize that there are people who you may of never heard of that can just straight out kick ass. i voted for t and a. i think they deserve the recognition because i got to see just how far they have come and i must say that even if the sanc bodie doesnt recognize it the old farts do so please vote for them they are true reps of their sport.
in saying that ask them how many mags they send to the companies that sponsor the people and see if the ballot is not a little more swayed toward that person. ask how many EXTRA mags are delivered due to the amount of ads they ran. cant say i may of seen something or been a part of something but all i can say is that i know its not from the people truely. ask shannon b or better call gork ask him how many ballots they filled out for carnes. dude bunch of bs.
