OUCH I am sore, but I'm Alive....right shoulder is seperated bad, the ribs on the right side hurt like $%##% and the head is a little dizzy (wait, that's kinda normal)! Thanks to everyone who helped me get off the track, load our stuff and whoever told me I wasn't Abe Lincoln...Thank you very much! Couldn't ask for a better group of folks to race with!!!!

I'm sorry to hear that you went down too. I wish you the best in your recovery. I have been grounded by my wife and my supervisor at work. Eventually I'll learn how to keep the rubber down.
