Colorado Western Slope Racing April 12-13 weekend

Postby Roy Kemp » Mon Apr 07, 2008 10:14 pm

Hey Utah BMXers:

Outdoor racing is closer than you think. 2 Western Slope outdoor tracks are operational now and the 3rd track opens this coming Saturday.

Saturday and Sunday can be a triple header race weekend April 12-13 with racing at Olathe on Saturday morning. Then a 15 mile drive to Montrose, CO for the season opener a bit later on Saturday afternoon. Then finally the Sunday early afternoon race at Grand Junction's Grand Valley BMX. Yep that's 3 single pointers for the weekend.

All 3 tracks are within 1.25 hours of each other on the US Hwy 50 corridor between Grand Junction and Montrose. Grand Junction is a quick 4 hour drive from the SLC valley. Check out track information at my other postings for Grand Valley and Olathe. Check out the Western Slope BMX forum at www.granjunctionbmx.com for more info and postings.

Race on dudes.

Just in case you haven't noticed, I added the website links to the west range tracks you've posted about to the front page of UtahBMX.com. If there are any others I should add, please let me know!
