DK BMX Race Bikes?

I haven't seen any around the tracks, are the DK line of bikes a pretty solid bike? I'm not talking the jump bikes, but the racing bikes. My wife has hinted a little bit about getting a 24" cruiser and I've seen a few of the DK Fury 24" on eBay for what seems like a good deal (<$250 shipped).

Does the DK brand just not have any shops carrying them around here?

Part for part and frame/fork construction they look to be right there with the SE Floval Flyer.

Or am I up in the night?

Gracias.

DK has been focusing for on the "jumper" crowd and the only near-race bike they offer now is the Fury. Still good stuff and if you can get a deal on one, go for it. Lots of good entry level completes available out there (Redline, GT, Diamond Back, etc). Someone may even be selling off a cruiser for a good deal at the track.

I rode DK for the majority of the time that i was racing and absolutely loved them. I currently own two and have no desire of upgrading or getting rid of them. They are strong durable bikes and the company is real good to work with if anything goes wrong.
