I am writing an paper for one of my classes titled 'BMX- how it effects the mind- body and spirit.' and I need some of your feedback!
I need to know what helps your mind- how you prepare for a race, thoughts you use to pshyce yourself up and what you think while racing.
I also need to know what you do to train for racing, and how that affects what you think in staging.
Last but not least i want to know the pshycological advantages of BMX. how it helps your mind out in the long run- how you emotionally feel about the sport.
