Funniest thing heard at the track last night....

I'm out taking pictures at RAD last night and a kid, I'm not sure who but probably 10 or 11 years old, goes down on top of a double in the 2nd straight. I go running over to see if he's okay, and he's upset and obviously in some pain. The next group of riders are coming through the 1st turn, so Rick (rythum time) runs over to direct traffic and I tell the kid to hold still until the riders pass by. After it clears, he feels better and starts to stand up and reach for his bike. So I ask him, "Are you sure your okay, do you want to ride it out?", and he says....

"Yeah, I'm fine. I've been doing this over 16 years...." :D

That was a good laugh.....

Maybe instead of having nine lives like a cat thinks he ages as fast as dogs do? (Doggies: every 1 year to us is 7 them) It's possible for a BMXr to believe that.

Poor kid....he only has six lives left. :(

OK, I HAVE A FUNNY ONE TO GO ALONG WITH THIS TOPIC...
A COUPLE WEEKS BACK AT TOOELE NOAH TIPPITS TOOK SOME BIG AIR. UNFORTUNATELY HE LOST HIS FRONT TIRE WHILE IN THE AIR AND TOOK BIG DIRT. THIS ISNT THE FUNNY PART OBVIOUSLY ..
HE REALLY DID A NUMBER ON HIS HEAD. WHEN THE PARAMEDICS ARRIVED HE SAID TO A FEW OF US UNDER HIS BREATH THAT THIS CRASH TOOK HIM DOWN TO 7.(?)
I WAS BAFFLED..BUT FIGURING THE HARD HIT I FIGURED HE WAS JUST RATTLED...
A COUPLE NIGHTS LATER AT RAD HE CRAHSED PRETTY HARD AGAIN. AGAIN HE SAID A NUMBER.. THIS TIME "6" WHILE I WAS PICKING HIM UP.
WHEN I ASKED HIM WHAT HE MEANT BY "6" AND "7" HE TOLD ME HE HAD 9 LIVES. HE VERY ANGRILY MUTTERED THAT "TOOELE" COST HIM 2 LIVES.
I SPOKE TO HIS MOM. SHE INDICATED HE TRULY BELIEVED HE HAD 9 LIVES. NOAH GIVES LITERAL MEANING TO GO BIG, SCAR UR MOM.. RIDE HARD LITTLE BUDDY. THANKS FOR THE CHUCKLE

6 lives
