Session #3 (July 25th –27th) of the Utah BMX Summer Camp begins tomorrow!!! We have a couple of spots left for those who wish to jump in. The first two camps have been a great success and tons of fun! The camp is a great tune-up for the ABA Great Salt Lake Nationals coming up in two weeks.

Come on out and participate in BMX summer camp designed around you and your ability. Learn new skills and training techniques to bring out your potential while having a great time and making new friends! The camp will be lead by 26-year BMX veteran Steve Spencer. With numerous national and state titles to his credit, Steve knows what it takes to become a champion.

- The daily schedule will be from 8:30am - 5:00pm.
- The fee for the session is $150.00 and will include water, snacks and lunch daily.

. A general overview of the camp curriculum:
- Gates
- Turns
- Jumping & Pumping
- Manualing
- Track strategy
- Reading your competition
- Mental preparation
- Diet
- Strength conditioning (gym)
- Sprints
- Balance drills
- & more

Some of the other activities will include:
- skatepark
- swimming
- a tour of OGIO and the famous foam pit!

Each participant will undergo a final assessment at the end of the camp and will receive a training program to follow based on their current abilities and goals.

So not to lose the "personal touch" and one-on-one time with each participant I would like to keep the size of each session between 10-12 riders so signing up early will be of benefit.

Ditto that Toni! Bennett had a blast and learned a lot. His legs are just now starting to recover.

BTW - Teagon was an awesome participant and one of the more skilled riders at the camp. It was a pleasure meeting him.
