Colton Dale??

Postby Curtis Newkirk » Wed Dec 07, 2005 10:40 am

Has anyone heard how Colton Dale is? I know he took a nasty spill in practice on Saturday and was taken to Primary Childrens for consussion. I saw Sheldon just after the race and he said they were doing a CAT scan because of some symptoms he was showing.

Any word?

That kid gets hurt way too much... I hope he is okay!

He got a concussion? I'm surprised all that hair he has didn't prevent that!!! Get better soon! :D

Colton broke a rib and sprained or pulled a couple muscles in his knee (MCL)

Colton is really sore but otherwise ok.

He broke a rib, re-injured the shoulder he hurt on the State Champion
weekend. Nothing wrong with the shoulder x-rays turned out fine but it
is really sore.

His knee is ok. It hurt alot Sunday but seems fine now.

Colton is bummed he can't race Rock Springs this weekend but is determined to be ready for Reno in January.

Thanks everyone for your concern. The Dale's will return in 2006 healthy and ready to race.

Trav- good comment about the hair. You would have thought it would have saved him from injury as much as he has.

I was just glad I got him out of there before he could pull a Travis signature concussion stunt.

Darla,

Glad to hear it was not internal bleeding. Sheldon had me a little spooked. Ribs and shoulders are not fun injuries though. I hope he heals quickly.
