This ought to be fun.

Bruce, it's kind of a stretch to call ME the fastest 40 year old in the state, but thanks anyway. Braahaaahaaa ha
I think it would be pretty cool to see 1/4s in this race.........so I might just have to sign up to help out. I know I wont have a chance in hell of transfering, but it will give me the best seat in the house to watch the race action in the motos (20 ft to the rear).

Yeah, I've got to go by Staats tomorrow & if he's there I'll shame him into racing. Still, now that he's "Pro" he might be too factory to mix it up with lowly AM's. I also passed the word on to Vanderpool to bring a cruiser & he's Vet.
Alvey, how about giving Lodefink a heads up?
For people wanting to race this but don't have a cruiser, you can also race a MTB bike in the cruiser class. I've seen quite a few of those at the races.

Results please....I'm 10 hours ahead of you guys and have not talked to a single person. It's 2200 Saturday night in Utah and this is my prediction (providing they all raced and made the main).
1. TP
2. Brandon Smith
3. Jason Stout
4. Steve Spencer
5. Jason Melton
6. Dallas Edwards
7. Justin Alvey
8. Beau Mahaffey
How close am I?

Here's what i remember.......
1. T.P.
2. Jonas Harmon.
3-8th.........
I know Alvey, Stout, Melton, Kelly, the dude on the white MTB, that's all I can remember. 4 racks of 7, 8-man semis. I got flushed in my semi, baaaad riding. The feedback from this event was awesome & RC should do it one more time indoors.
Harmon was all over T.P. but Todd proved the 40 is just a number! Woohoo!!

I want do it again! That was a blast. I am dedicating my time now to prep for MTB season so learning to race with the little bikes, , should make me faster. I will work on my gearing and then learn how to shift a little better. Some fast dudes in that race, TP and Jonas, forget about it! Thanks for setting that up Bruce.
