Racing or Raining on May 3rd?

Sorry everyone, I washed my truck yesterday, so it's my fault.

Any official word on if the race tonight (May 3) has been cancelled yet?

Just talked to Ron and he will be making a call on the race soon. I'm gonna call him back about 4 for the word on the race.

I will be at work at that time and will be unable to post an update here, so I suggest you call him as well at 699-9575.

Its 3:30pm & I'm posting this as I leave the office. As of right now people are pushing puddles off the track. IF it doesnot rain any more & the puddles dry fast enough we should be able to race tonight. Final call will be by 5:30pm. Call my cell phone (699-9575), Jason's (860-9357), or the Rad # 330-8553.

i live about 15 minutes away from the track and it loks like all the blue skies are headed that way! i also checked on accuweather and it said it wasnt supposed to rain again until 8:30 or 9:00. so we should be good.

The race has been canceled per ron melton.Way to many mudd spots on the track

I just got off the phone with Jason Melton and tonight's(may 3) race is cancelled.

The track is too muddy and the rain is coming back in.

See everyone Saturday at DP or next week.....

Good news! Snowbird opened for the weekend- so the bad weather is not all that bad!
