Robby Patterson has picked up new sponsorship!

Postby J Gallo » Mon Nov 07, 2005 7:34 pm

Just got this info from Dan Patterson:

==============================================

Robby Patterson has been picked up by the Supercross/Finishline National Factory Team for 2006 starting at Reno!!! Our BMX dream has come true........and off we go!!! Thanks to "TP" Todd Parry for all his help in making this happen for Robby!!! Thanks to all who have helped Robby out over the years. To many people to list, but believe me, we know who you are!!! This is downright UNBELIEVABLE!!! Now it's time to TRAIN, TRAIN, TRAIN!

Hey, Robby earned it.. He did the racing. The Team owner noticed "Todd Parry Racing" as Robby's sponsor. The owner and team manager both kept an eye on Robby and checked results in the Bmxer etc. They ask me about Robby in Phoenix, the rest is history.

The Finish Line/Supercross team is a California based team and Robby is the FIRST rider NOT from california to be on the team!!

We all know sponsorship is alot about who you know! If I can sponsor a kid and get him noticed using my name..great. but the credit ultimately goes to the rider as I can't race the race for them. Great job Robby and good luck! train hard. TP

Congratulations!!

It's well deserved, for both Robby for all of his hard work, and Dan for all of your sacrifices.

I'm sure Robby will be tearing it up on the national scene (yea, like he doesn't already :roll: )

Way to go, Robby!

Congrats Robby, you definately earned it. You have worked really hard to get where you are now. Most don't realize the dedication and many hours on the bike it takes. Keep it up! :D

Ride those rollers so you will be ready for the Grands!

I talked to Dan last night and he is so excited for Robby. It is so hard for riders these days to get a decent sponsor let alone what he might be getting. Great work Robby, all the bike time has finally paid off.
