Re: Who bought the old Patterson off of KSL?
Couldn't really tell from the pics what parts were on it. The important things were the frame and fork(maybe bars?) Hope someone really got it for 150.00. Often when someone posts something valuable for a reasonable(or even steal) price, they get bombarded with calls and the seller either jacks the ...

Heads Up-Kincaid Hansen
For those that know Kincaid and already haven't already heard, he had a wicked crash at the skatepark this weekend. Details are sketchy, 'cause his short term memory is fried, but the end result was a broken helmet, a neck brace, loss of short term memory, black eyes, and most likely a serious concu...

Re: For those thinking about going to Rockford in June.
I'd love to go, but I guess I'm going to have to get out of the landscape maintenance business first. No way I can justify turning away work to go.

Re: couple quick newbie questions.....
As far as the value of your Mach One, everything has a value, but how much will be determined by the vintage. Early '80s models bring better money if you are looking to sell. When you get into the '90s, you would probably be looking at about $75.00-$200.00 depending on condition, and who happens to ...

Great Pic!
I used to ride that track all the time during the week-couldn't actually race because Moms thought I would get hurt???? I cased that jump more times than I care to talk about. I switched to Z rims when I got tired of replacing tweaked 7Xs and Ukais.

How did it go today?
I have second to third degree burns on my face and hands from an accident on Wednesday. I won't be doing any riding for a while

Re: Victory for the BMXers @ Brighton skatepark!
Congrats BND! That is definitely a victory. I really like the Sandy Skatepark, but the "family friendly" aspect of your Sunday get together has me as a convert. The "open season" aspect at Sandy hampers my ability to gain any type of form/function(practice makes perfect, right), ...

Re: Riverview/Twin Peaks raceway history.
The only thing I could add is the track was open access until I quit going in '84. I used to ride the track everyday. The "kids jumping the fence" problem came some time after that.

Gotta have the best!
JS
Yeah, but there is a difference in paying $800.00 for an $800.00 frame and paying $800.00 for a $250.00 frame

Re: Frame Painting/Power Coating?
I have a can of Aircraft Stripper I bought a couple of weeks ago. With the help of my daughter I've narrowed down that I either got it at Auto Zone or Wal Mart.
I am sure I didn't get mine at the Depot(at least the one in West Jordan that I checked)

Re: Frame Painting/Power Coating?
If another frame done in white would help with your(and ultimately my) cost, I have a Schwinn Pro Stock that I want to get done. I may be too late though depending on when you want to do these. I need to strip mine still. I could have it done by Tuesday eve. Give me a call at 205-7252 if I can help....
