Bruce- It might have been or your thinking of Wesley Penrod my other cousin him and Ty were about the same age I believe But Billy is only 3 or 4 years older than Tyler but they were together all the time.Thanks for everyone who remembers my cousins. But least Billy wont suffer from his addictions ...
