I NEED HELP. I WANT TO MAKE A WEBSITE. HOW DO U? I HAVE ONE BUT IT'S A STUPID PICTURE WEBSITE. IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW, GIVE ME THE 411 ON HOW TO.

IF you have microsoft word then you can create a website by clicking on new documents and then click "webpage". then after you've created the site you want, find a host, or you can buy a domain for $36 for two years ( I think) Send me a private message and I can tell you more!
