Would you like to see different pictures?

Postby J Gallo » Mon Jun 28, 2004 7:37 am

As I'm sure you've noticed, most of my pictures are taken from the same spots, i.e. gate, 1st turn, big double, 2nd straight.

My question is would you like to see different pictures? Maybe some rhythm section, finish line, or maybe more pictures of riders off the track, in the pits, stands, etc.

Just trying to get an idea of what everyone likes.

Thanks for you input!

I'd like to see one of me flyin' high over the Dubs, laying it flat, giving a peace sign.

Think you could take a pic of that.......'cause I'd really like to see it!! lol

I think you are doing a great job with the pics. The only suggestion I'd make is maybe a few more up close and personal type pictures..........action shots that single out individuals......show their expresions and determination......their style and grace (or lack of - i.e. me). Don't get me wrong, though, i do like the ones you are taking, so don't change that.

I can definitely do that. I "experimented" with that idea when I got a good pic of Robbie Patterson ( click here to see picture ) smiling while jumping. Is that kind of what your talking about Greg? Cause it would be pretty easy to do. Instead of cropping rider and surroundings, I'll just crop with more rider. There have been some great expressions on riders faces ( Check out this pic of Heather Allred ).

Thanks for the feedback!

yup, that's ezzakly what I was talkin' 'bout. I like both of these pics allot. In fact, i might print and frame them!! i know it doesn't show allot of scenery, but it sure does make the pics more exciting and personal.

Keep up the great work!

The other half are of Bryan's kids, Breanna and Brooke!

I've already got a ton of pictures of you on there, how many more do you want?  :P

j/k... I've been trying to take more "off track" photos, so I'll see what I can do :)

And helmet cam? I would LOVE to do that, I'll work on it.

I think you need to lay on the jumps and take pictures of riders jumping over you! Just a thought.
